The SDM will be the primary contact for clients. This position possesses strong negotiation skills and exhibits excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills at all times. SDM has demonstrated expert skills in communications both verbal and written and will possess strong negotiation skills in order to prioritize the client requests with the assigned technical staff and escalating the need for additional resources whenever required. The ability to set multiple priorities for multiple clients and execute in a timely manner is essential to be successful in this position. Skill in reading and interpreting contracts, managing to the scope of the contract and working with assigned global team members to meet the obligations of the client contracts is required to ensure work is being tracked. Manage the delivery of services consistently in high quality and timely manner.

Location: Midwest region, strong preference for Chicago, IL location. 


The skills and experience required are:
  • 10 + years of progressive experience as Account Executive/ SDM for professional/delivery services in customer facing role
  • Exposure to ORACLE EBS would be an advantage.
  • Must have experience with different technology stacks: Microsoft, Integration services, Oracle, AWS and other digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills. 
  • Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation and ongoing Project execution
  • Ability to develop individuals, coach, mentor and lead teams
  • Maximize results and outcomes with consistent, timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Ability to have CxO level discussions, internally and externally, about how to successfully deploy solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the organization to ensure defined growth
  • Exposure to work with multiple clients with growing a portfolio of at least $5M+ in US market
  • Build and maintain business relationships with key customer executives to generate services revenue
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies related to digital transformation and hosting space, while understanding and identifying opportunities for customers
  • Extensive experience in the managed services space
  • Proven results on managing rapid growth in a technical service delivery organization
  • Have in-depth experience with Business Unit management, management, service delivery and project Management
  • Project coordination between onsite/offshore and owning delivery escalations.
  • Project planning and estimation models. Work packages/breakdown structures, Task assignment and tracking,
  • Project and activity status reporting
  • Client expectation and scope management
  • Communication and risk management
  • Issue escalation and resolution
  • Creating and/or collaborating on services proposals, SOWs, POCs, and RFPs/RFIs
  • Ability to travel
