Role: Mission is to work with mid-sized and large/complex customers to generate qualified sales opportunities within these accounts and to bring these opportunities to closure. The successful Sales Manager drives a superior customer experience by delivering business and technology solutions tailored to customer needs. Will be responsible for the given Territory / Accounts and creating rapid top-line growth to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Skills and Abilities Required: · Overall Business and Technology Sales experience (5+ years) · Experience in full sales cycle and managing existing business, developing new business and building strategic, long-term and high-value engagements with existing customers. · Identifying and converting opportunities into sales · Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets . · Pipeline Management, Deal Shaping, Qualification, and Negotiate to Close. · Strong understanding of Technology Services and Strategy, Relationship and Account Management, Strategic Market Research and Planning, RFPs & Contract Negotiations, Financial and Competitive Analysis. · Experience selling Staffing and Professional Services (Application development, testing, digital transformation).
Must Demonstrate: · Outstanding written / verbal communication skills, strong people and presentation skills, confidence in articulating value propositions. · History of exceeding quotas and high growth gained through relationship selling and strategic account management. · Demonstrated proficiency in the full sales life cycle, including client prospecting and proposal development, as well as client negotiation and closing · Understanding of the Technologies & Services (Software, Cloud Solutions, ERP, Enterprise Analytics, CRM is a PLUS) · Strong affinity to follow processes: CRM, Sales methodologies. Knowledge of Salesforce applications is a plus. · Experience using emerging innovation trends to improve or create new offerings, products or services. · Optimistic outlook toward all activities and seeks out social interactions to build long lasting relationships. · Strong knowledge of digital transformation arena in technology worlds.
